Who we are

PayMyCrew is an independent sales and referral business. We connect Arizona construction employers, from electrical, plumbing, and roofing contractors to concrete, framing, landscaping, and excavation crews, with payroll, employee benefits, and professional employer organization (PEO) providers.

We don't process payroll, operate a PEO, underwrite insurance, or issue benefit policies ourselves. Our job is to understand how your crews work, explain the arrangements available to you in plain language, and coordinate answers and proposals with the provider while you decide.

How we work

• We start by listening. A free 15-minute call about your crews, how you pay people, and what you'd like help with. No payroll documents needed, and no obligation to switch.
• We explain your options. Payroll only, standalone employee benefits, or payroll with broader employee support through a PEO. See how they differ.
• We follow through. We coordinate questions and proposals with the provider and keep you updated until you decide.

Your introductory call may be with PayMyCrew or with a representative from one of our provider partners. If you request a callback, we get back to you within one business day.

Upfront pricing

We publish our PEO administrative fee for Arizona: a flat $75 per employee per month, subject to provider approval. Outside Arizona, our national provider quotes pricing for your state. Workers' compensation premiums, employee benefit premiums, wages, employer payroll taxes, and any other applicable costs are calculated separately. See pricing.

Where we work

We work with construction employers across Arizona, including Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Glendale, Tempe, Peoria, and Flagstaff, and with contractors in other states through a national PEO provider partner. What we don't do

We don't process payroll, run a PEO, sell insurance policies directly, or give legal or tax advice. The details of any service, including what's covered and what it costs, are confirmed with the provider before you sign anything.
