PayMyCrew is an independent sales business that connects construction employers in Arizona and across the U.S. with payroll, employee benefits, and employee-support providers. This page explains what information we collect through paymycrew.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a quote or callback
- Your name, business name, and phone number
- Your email address, if you give one
- Your number of employees, and, if you give them, your state and whether you run payroll in more than one state, your trade, your city or service area, your primary interest (such as payroll, a PEO, workers' compensation, or benefits), and anything else you write
- Which button you used to reach the form, such as the pricing calculator
When you download the toolkit
Your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them to send the toolkit and a few short emails with payroll tips and information about our services. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop by emailing hello@paymycrew.com.
How you found us
With each quote or callback request, the site also sends details about how you arrived, so we can tell which websites and ads bring in inquiries:
- The page you first landed on and the page you submitted from
- The website that referred you, if any
- Campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content)
- Advertising click identifiers in that link, if present (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, or msclkid)
To keep these details as you move between pages, the site stores them in your browser for the current visit only (session storage). It is cleared when you close the tab. This site doesn't set advertising cookies.
When you schedule a call
Scheduling links open Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email, and any answers to its questions. Our links also pass the campaign tags described above, along with the site name, so we know where the booking came from.
We don't ask for payroll records, Social Security numbers, or bank information on this website.
How we use it
- To call or email you about your request or meeting
- To send the toolkit and follow-up emails you signed up for
- To understand your business and explain the arrangements available to you
- To share relevant details with a provider partner so they can answer your questions or prepare a proposal, if you'd like one
- To see which websites and ads lead to inquiries
We share your details only with provider partners involved in your inquiry, and only for that purpose. We don't sell your information.
Services we use
- Formspree receives quote and callback requests and delivers them to us by email.
- Calendly handles meeting scheduling.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and routes email sent to hello@paymycrew.com. Like most hosts, it may process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Each of these services handles data under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to follow up with you and coordinate your options. If you don't move forward, we delete it on request or when it is no longer needed.

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@paymycrew.com.
